The business was established and owned by Sir Eustace and Rita Lady Francis. In November 1984, Francis Agency Limited was incorporated and in January 1985, the company acquired the Assets and assumed the Liabilities of Francis Trading Agency Ltd. The shareholders of the newly incorporated company were Sir Eustace Francis and Rita Lady Francis.
The main focus of the business over the first thirty (30) years was in the area of shipping, freight forwarding, stevedore contracting and customs brokerage. In 2013, it added a US Mail Box service to its product line and in late 2015, FedEx Express GSP, was added as a new department in the company, offering courier services for time-sensitive documents and packages.
Today the business continues to be operated as a family owned and operated business with Sir Eustace Francis as the Managing Director, his daughter Dahlia Francis in charge of Finance, his son Bernard Francis in charge of FedEx and his nephew Sean Ramsay in charge of shipping.
